IF I COMMIT A NON-VIOLENT CRIME JUST FORGERY OR CHEATED SOME BUSINESSMEN UNDERMENTIONED IS THE PUNISHMENT IS FINE.
I WILL HAPPIER TO BE PUT UNDER HOUSE-ARREST LENIENT PUNISHMENT.
HOUSE-ARREST is the right punishment for the type of crime committed by me. The crime is also been mentioned above what crime I committed sometime back in history. The punishment is some what lenient in nature not the old fashioned stinking cell of a old prison but guards guarding my house as above HOUSE-ARREST i could be put under. the same as soon as possible a more lenient way to punish anyone for his wrong doing here.
HOUSE-ARREST IS THE PUNISHMENT CHOSEN FOR NON-VIOLENT CRIMES.
NON-VIOLENT crimes well then the judge recommends a far more lenient punishment for the nature of the crimes done. The judge only recommends this type of punishment when the crime chart for Non-Violent crimes are rising higher and more such people are rewarded House-Arrest lenient punishments by any judge giving out his verdict and giving out punishments he generally chooses House-Arrest as one of the lenient view punishments as this punishments you are not put under constant Remand here or being questioned at any such odd hours mid-night they wake you up and begin questioning you beating you up when you dont cooperate use third-degree or using a 'Danda' or a Sota' here to make you a rough and tough person they put you under Remand for 10 days they wake you up sometimes all night or sometimes mid-night and begin questioning you they hardly let you have a sound sleep they steal your sleep at night thats in the police stations not under House-Arrest there they monitor you through CCTV your movements are being tracked by the guards or the police chief sitting somewhere within your house premises. There is no Remand in a House-Arrest situation here and will never be included also.
HOUSE-ARREST RECOMMENDED FOR A TAX-PAYEE OR A SENIOR CITIZEN WHO HATES THE STINKING PRISON CELL VERY HARSH AS COMPARED TO HOUSE-ARREST.
PRISON CELL as labelled stinking by some as its a more harsh method of keeping culprits who commit serious crimes then be made to sit in a bad stinking cell of a old prison also they do not serve you good food that also is uncooked at times or half-cooked watery Dal with one uncooked chapati they give you some onions also with it substandard food you get in a stinking prison cell well they torture you inside take you under remand for 10 to 15 days or more to question you inside a prison. House-Arrest in contrary is a far more relaxed punishment here they do not punish you that harshly but are quite lenient towards using a 'Danda' every time or they taunt you every now and then disrespect you at every stage when you enter a prison. You are respected in a House-Arrest type of a punishment and alot given a television newspapers reading books etc all the best facilities possible and not Watery Dal with chapatis as given to prisoners in a prison cell in House-Arrest home converted to a jail for sometime then you are allowed to walk only inside your room or a bit outside when you take permission to do it from the police chief.
HOUSE-ARREST IS THE BEST PUNISHMENT I WISH I GET THAT AND IS ALLOWED TO SEE TELEVISION WHEN EVER I WANT READ MAGAZINES BOOKS ANY TIME.
REWARDED HOUSE-ARREST a great punishment rewarded to those who are less harmful to society and and are also respected by any society they are also allowed one outing per week or month. They are allowed to do what they want within the room they are allotted in their house. They can get outside food but are given any food by the police or the government agency who have given them this punishment. I personally have one view of House-Arrest type of punishment why do they monitor our movements and whats the main need to do that? House-Arrest is a ok form of a punishment and no one troubles you here as they do in the case of being remanding one in police custody for many days on end. Remanding is not so good it tears someone apart reduces his size to half as they question you by using rough methods as 'Sota' or a 'Danda' this being remanded in police custody for 2 4 10 or 15 days for questioning and they make you hardy tough person.
15-DAYS POLICE REMAND
15-DAYS POLICE REMAND a very complicated thing when someone has done a henious crime he is then been remanded in the police custody for questioning on his crime interrogation etc. If he doesnt owe up in those 15-days remand then the remand is extended through a court 20-days if not still told the truth he is been kept by the police for as long as they want the culprit. The remand stage is a tough method to torture with all the techniques tough means using even slapping or using a Danda on the culprit sometimes they hardly let him or her sleep at night even question him at odd hours this is harder than even prison punishments, 15-DAYS police remand is not so polite or curtious as it sounds its a rough method to make the culprit confess his crime at once. The toughest is the remanding stage here he cries for his life why is being dragged into such a mess why dont the cops let him go free he is been made to sit on a chair for days without sleep develops sleep disorders during his remand in the police station. He is being subjected to harsher methods bright lights shined in his pupils not letting him sleep for days and questioning him every second of his stay there. One should not be kept there under remand as its a no good stage here he could die also who knows they beat you up so much when you dont cooperate in the investigations beat you up with sticks 'Danda' so much you lie on the floor crying say why did I ever commit such a crime and dragged in remanded to police custody.
HOUSE-ARREST is the best and may be rewarded to anyone who has just cheated thats it he could be put under House-Arrest for some months just then released.
